What it does

Privacy in one line

The app does not request the internet permission at all, so it cannot send anything anywhere. No account, no ads, no analytics, no trackers. Everything you write stays on your device. The full policy is on the privacy page.

Please read before using it. These are relaxation and visualization exercises. They are not medical care, they do not diagnose or treat anything, and they are no substitute for seeing a clinician about real symptoms, including pain.

Speak to a clinician first if you have a seizure disorder, a heart condition, or a serious mental health condition. Breath holding is optional: hold only while it stays comfortable, and never in or near water. Practise lying or sitting somewhere safe, never while driving.

One exercise flashes light, capped at 3 flashes per second. Skip it if you are photosensitive.
