Privacy Policy
What the app stores
To work, the app stores the following on your device: the answers you gave and their results, mock-exam results, study streak and points, badges, questions you flagged, and settings (license type, exam date if you entered one, daily goal, theme, text size). You may also enter a nickname to show on the home screen (optional). All of this lives in the app's local storage. We (the developer) do not receive it and cannot see it.
What is not collected
- No sign-up, login or user account.
- No collection of name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone or advertising identifiers.
- No ads, no analytics or measurement tools, and no third-party libraries that collect data.
- The app makes no network requests of its own: all questions, pictures and explanations are inside the app, and it works in airplane mode.
Things you choose to do
- Export backup: the file goes only where you choose in Android's share sheet. We do not receive it.
- Share a progress summary: if you choose to share a summary, the text goes to the app you pick in the share sheet.
- Read aloud: speech is produced by your device's text-to-speech engine (for example Google's), under its settings and privacy policy. Only the text of the question being read is passed to it.
- External links: the link to the question source on gov.il opens in your browser, and that site is governed by its own policy.
Android backup
Depending on your device settings, Android may back up app data to your Google account and restore it on a new device. Such a backup is managed by Google, not by us, and we have no access to it. You can turn it off in your device settings.
Payment
The purchase is made through Google Play. Payment details are handled by Google only and do not reach us. We may see sales data in Play Console as Google provides to all developers.
Children
The app is intended for ages 16 and up (teenagers and adults preparing for the theory test) and is not directed to children. It does not collect information from any user, including children.
Deleting data
There is no server-side data to delete. To delete your progress: in the app's Settings choose "Reset" (איפוס), or uninstall the app. An Android backup copy may remain in your Google account until you delete it there.
Security
Data is kept in the app's private storage on your device and protected by the operating system's safeguards (for example, your screen lock). The app does not transmit it over the network.
Changes to this policy
If we later add features that need data (for example, syncing between devices), we will update this policy first and tell you in the app. The date at the top changes with every update.
