Before you write
- My progress is gone: progress is stored on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it. To protect it: Settings, then "Export backup" (ייצוא גיבוי), and keep the file somewhere safe.
- Moving to a new device: on the old device use "Export backup"; on the new one use Settings, then "Restore from backup" (שחזור מגיבוי).
- Read-aloud is not in Hebrew or does not work: it uses the Hebrew voice installed on the device. You can install a Hebrew voice in the device settings (Settings, Language and input, Text-to-speech).
Reporting a mistake in a question or explanation
If you think a question, an answer or an explanation is wrong, email us the question number (shown next to the question), what looks wrong and why. Official questions and answers are taken from the Ministry of Transport's bank as they are. If the mistake is in one of our explanations, we will correct it.
Privacy
The app does not collect information. Details in the Privacy Policy.
